LEARNDASH-4621: Changes LD core logic to use the full version of the JS library select2.full.min.js.
LEARNDASH-4416: Added support for the 'theme: learndash' parameter. When upgrading the select JS library take the css/select2.min.css and replace all instances of '--default' to '--learndash'.
